“He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.” (Psalms 18:34)
God wants us to have victories in our lives, and the taste of victory can only come after we have fought and won battles. That’s why God may allow certain things to come our way. He expects us to rely on Him for the strength to fight and conquer.
God doesn’t always shield His children from battles. Instead, He teaches them how to triumph. Any challenge you encounter in your life has been allowed to give you your next victory.
What God will not do is to allow a temptation that is bigger than you to come your way. If God has allowed it then it’s for your victory. God’s children are warriors, and as we keep winning battles, we become champions in this life.
“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” (Romans 8:37)
Go through your day today with the mentality that there’s a champion in you.
